Shipping policy

In summary, all our items are expected to be dispatched and delivered within a 1-12 week timeframe due to the supply chain constraints and demand per item. There are some specific items that can be delivered right away (see immediate delivery times section), and other items which require extra handling and preparation time, spanning up to at most 8-12 weeks. This depends on the product itself, therefore the range of 1-12 weeks is a approximate range to cover our entire line of clothing and delivery times. However, we aim to honor the time-frame of delivery as specified on each product, which is found above the 'pre-order' or 'buy now' button on the product pages (above the button that adds the item to your cart).

Please note: Our expected delivery time for each item is specified on the product itself. 

This means that certain items on your order may be shipped earlier compared to the other items in your order. But this depends on the product and time frame specified on each item prior to ordering. However, we aim to deliver all items at once for your convenience.

  • Our products are primarily available for pre-order, and the standard dispatch time is 3-5 weeks, unless otherwise stated on the item description. Check the individual product page for specific dispatch details, as some products may have varying dispatch dates.
  • Pre-order dates provided on our website are estimates and not guaranteed.
  • Pre-order shipping dates are subject to change without notice and may be delayed by an additional 3-6 weeks & Refund requests will not be approved unless the shipping delay exceeds 6 weeks.

IMMEDIATE DELIVERY TIMES

In-stock items are ready for immediate delivery with a swift 1-day handling time. We dispatch these items through Royal Mail Tracked Service, ensuring delivery within 1-3 working days. Shop with confidence for quick and efficient shipping on our available inventory.

STITCHING AND MADE-TO-ORDER ITEMS

For stitching orders and made-to-order items, there is a processing time of 4-8 weeks or more, depending on the item’s nature. Certain brands may have extended processing times, reaching 8-12 weeks or more in rare instances. Customers are advised to check each product description for precise dispatch times. Please be mindful of these timelines when placing orders, as outlined in our terms and conditions.
