Our aim is to provide premium stitching quality service & pride ourselves on delivering outfits stitched to match the style showcased in the images. Please refer to these important guidelines before you place your order for any Stitched on order items.

Note: Always check the Brand size guide in the image slideshow of each item as every ready to wear item has its own size guide to be followed. 

Standard size guide should only be followed for stitched on order dresses that don't show any specific size guide in the product image slideshows.

  1. Standard Size Chart: We offer standard sizes ranging from XS to XL. Refer to the size chart provided above. Alternatively, you can provide us with your personal measurements for custom stitching.
  2. Customization: If you require any customization or modifications, please specify them in the ‘Add a note’ box during checkout. Custom stitching does not incur additional charges but may not guarantee 100% accuracy due to the handmade nature of our pieces.
  3. Measurement Details: Our size chart displays measurements in inches and reflects single-sided clothing measurements, not body circumferences. When providing custom measurements, refrain from giving body circumferences. It’s recommended to take measurements directly from clothing.
  4. Assistance: For assistance with measurements or any queries regarding the size chart, feel free to reach out to us. Drop us a message, and someone from our team will assist you promptly.

Please note, any errors due to incorrect measurements provided by the customer are not eligible for refunds or exchanges. Stitching Style Guide for Stitched on order Suits

  1. Shirts are stitched as per the style in the images. Lining is provided if visible in the image.
  2. Sleeves are tailored to match the style displayed in the images.
  3. Sleeveless Dresses: By default, all sleeveless dresses are stitched with sleeves unless the client specifically requests sleeveless attire. Please mention your preference in the notes section during checkout.
  4. Trousers are stitched according to the style depicted in the images.
  5. Embellishments are included in our outfits, though they may vary slightly from the model picture as they are not included in the final retail product. We strive to ensure minimal variation while maintaining the overall aesthetic.

 

STITCHED SUITS DISCLAIMER: 

Stitching Timeline Policy: Stitched-on-order items typically take 4 to 8 weeks for completion unless stated on a different timeline from the date of the collection launched. This timeline is an estimate and not guaranteed.

  1. We guarantee that stitched suits are crafted to resemble the model image as closely as possible. Accessories utilised for photoshoots are not supplied by the brands in the finished retail and are solely for promotional purposes. We will use the required accessories according to market availability, hence there may be slight variations in style and accessories used to match the original image.
  2. Refund or return requests based on personal preference or dissatisfaction with the end piece due to variations in style or accessories will not be accommodated.Please consider these factors before making a purchase. If you have specific concerns or inquiries, feel free to reach out to us for clarification.

Please Note: Custom stitched outfits / stitched on order dresses are not eligible for refunds / cancellations or exchanges .

  1. From time to time, beading/sequences may get displaced. This is not regarded as a fault but is the nature of the work. These garments should be worn with care. We recommend dry cleaning the product.
  2. The colour may vary slightly from the model picture. This can be due to lighting conditions during photography, image editing and screen resolution.
  3. During the cutting/stitching process, coloured chalk may be used. This is not a defect and can be easily removed with water.
  4. Possible Delays: Various factors such as busy festive seasons, commercial delays, or shipping delays may cause unexpected delays in the stitching process. We kindly request your understanding and patience during such times.
  5. Refund Eligibility: If an order is delayed up to 6 weeks from the stated timeline, customers may request a refund upon order cancellation. Please inform us first before initiating the cancellation process. We strive to deliver your custom-stitched items promptly while maintaining the highest standards of quality & appreciate your patience and understanding during the stitching process.
