DISPATCH TIME : In-stock, ready-to-post items have a 1-day handling time and are posted the next working day, excluding holidays. Pre-order items typically have a dispatch time of 3-5 weeks, or up to 12 weeks for special products made to order. Please refer to individual item details for the estimated dispatch date. Carefully read sizing information before ordering to prevent post-purchase hassles and disappointment. Product colors may slightly differ due to light variations during photography or digital display discrepancies. Our hand-embroidered/embellished items are delicate, with a 5%-10% variation possibility. Efforts are made to minimize differences. Beading/sequences displacement is possible, not considered a fault, but wear these items with care due to their handcrafted nature. Claims for variations and beading/sequences displacement are not considered faults. Placing an order acknowledges the potential variation compared to images on the website.

Iron clothes at a moderate temperature for optimal care. * Refrain from using bleach or stain-removing chemicals on your fabrics. * Before stitching, soak fabrics in water for 15 minutes. * Avoid drying fabrics in direct sunlight to preserve their quality. * Do not keep wet fabrics in a twist form to prevent copy marks. * Wash colored and white fabrics separately to maintain their colors. * Claims resulting from damage caused by washing or using methods other than advised will not be entertained. Note : We are not liable for damages caused by washing using methods other than recommended.

We aim to provide quality stiching styled as per image followed by these guidelines.

* Always check the Brand size guide in image slideshow of each item as every ready to wear item has its own size guide to be followed. 

* Standard size guide should only be followed for stitched on order dresses that doesn’t show any specific size guide in the product image slideshows.

* Shirts are stitched as per the style in the images. Lining is provided if visible in the image.

* Sleeves are tailored to match the style displayed in the images.

* Sleeveless Dresses: By default, all sleeveless dresses are stitched with sleeves unless the client specifically requests sleeveless attire.

* Trousers are stitched according to the style match in the images.

*  Embellishments are included in our outfits, though they may vary slightly from the model picture as they are not included in the final retail product.
